Yes, I did say addiction. Try using the nicotine trans-dermal patchs as it is directed. You have to taper yourself off and just don't buy any more cigarettes. Say "no more" to yourself and mean it. Make it a 'history' in your life. Resolve that it is in the past. After a few months, you will be so glad you quit. Your health will improve and no doubt your skin will improve along with your breath.
