There is something called the stop smoking shot, but some of the best techniques are the oldest.
Drink more water, detoxify, try to find something to replace your smoking habit with. Suck on cinnamon sticks instead of smoking cigarettes, get creative with this. Chew sugar-free gum or nicotine gum. Keep your mouth busy, smoking seems to be based in part on some kind of oral fixation. Eat healthy food, and avoid alcohol if alcohol causes nicotine cravings. The same goes for coffee, temporarily anyway.
Try avoiding plant foods from the nightshade family. These are all close relatives of tobacco and may interfere with detox. Tomatoes, eggplants, potatoes, and bell peppers are all nightshades which contain traces of nicotine in them naturally. Avoiding them may help control cravings since even a tiny amount of nicotine may set off cravings for more nicotine.
If you are under a lot of stress, try to find healthier ways of controlling or eliminating the stress from your life. Smoking and stress are often very interrelated. Try yoga or meditation, or breathing exercises.
Try the herb plantago(plantain) – it seems to help cause smoking aversion in many people. Do not confuse them with the banana like plantains, they have no relation to them. Plantago can grow almost anywhere, even in parks or on the street near you but be careful if you want to harvest, since there is the risk of germs or chemical contamination due to lead or other toxins. Of course it is possible to buy it too. Many smokers claim plantains caused them to hate smoking and helped them quit for good.
Write down all the reasons you want to quit smoking, and then write all the reasons you want to continue smoking. Compare the lists. Keep a journal and pay attention to what causes you to smoke more and what helps you smoke less. Stay focused on your goal.
Try aversion therapy. Look at images of the diseased, blackened lungs of smokers, look at photos of people dying from lung cancer in hospitals. Take note of how smokers live shorter lives than non-smokers, are less attractive to others, and have higher rates of cancer, heart disease and respiratory diseases.
I hope you quit and I hope this helps!

1 time shot ends up 5 time shot and still may not work.
Just change your brand every day. You’ll get so sick of the horrible tasting brands that you’ll quit. I did.
also smoking has a psychological component, the need for a friend to help you solve your frustrations and problems. It’s tough. You might have to revamp yourself into a new person.
Reward yourself with something other than a smoke. Make start a new hobby, start reading r writing funny stories, start a new regime. Distract yourself with puzzles, like soduko.
Do anything, but smoke.
Go visit some hospices where people are snapping for breath because they smoked and ruined their lungs.
Scare yourself into stopping.
Spend a day attached to an oxygen cord, just for fun, and I guarantee you, you will have lit up your last cig.
I live with my Mom and Aunt who both smoked. They are both on oxygen 24 hours. They snapp for air like fish out of water when their oxygen accidentally runs out. Very pitiful. don’t end up like that.

I quit smoking by being hypnotized. The doctor gave me all sorts of tools to use with hypnosis — like when I wanted a cigarette I could be satisfied by drinking a glass of water. I had about 3 really rough days and that was it. It worked — I haven’t had a cigarette for almost 30 years! (Thank God!!)
I’ve also heard of people having good success with Smokers Anonymous — a 12-step program for smokers who want to quit.
Good luck, you can do it!!

O.K,
here is what I did.
I kept sweating like will die that night. Coughing like no one had suffered before, ever. I kept repeating all blessing I have read and learned, just got myself ready for it. this was last thing I remebered that night,
the next morning, I woke up, head to my cigarette box, then I smashed it. If this kind of health problem Have Not happened to you yet. Believe you do not want to wait for it to happen.
I survived, you may not.
I do exercise and eat healthy, but it brought me down.
I am Not trying to say psycho, and tell grandma stories.
If you want to quit, just quit.
Most of my friends asked me, how did you quit in one day, I said
"Because I wanted to Quit."
Save yourself,
Save your money,
and Quit : )
simple as water.
Honestly, once in each three months, or six, I smoke one, for fun, not because I was a smoker.
good luck.
