A friend of mine is wanting to get pregnant with her second baby, but her husband won’t indulge her until she quits smoking. They actually both want to live in a smoke free home and raise their children as non-smokers. She’s tried quite a few methods and is interested in the stop smoking laser; I told her I’d try to gather some personal stories to inspire her! If you’ve tried this method or know anyone who has, please leave a few comments about how it worked out for you. Thanks!!

I looked into the laser also, and after spending $450 for the "shot" after being told when getting it "you will never want a cigarette again" I lit up the next morning with my coffee not even thinking about it…. I'm very hesitant of the easy way out methods, plus a laser near the brain…hmmm pass
In all seriousness, last Sunday I picked up my 2 year old, carried her from the basement to the 2nd floor and felt winded, I will say I'm less then 40 yrs old and realized it was time to quit…
I'm extremely irritable at times, but the patch has been the way to go for me & I have tried everything: gum, hypnosis, lozenges, the patch also, the inhaler (which doesn't break you of anything)
Also – he can order online or I'm sure you have a store locally that sells these, but chinese exercise balls are great as it keeps his smoking hand busy, I know that sounds stupid but it's helped me thru the tense situations (I'm on the patch now 5 days…)
I wish him the best of luck – willpower is the key…
