Although insurance does not yet cover the cost of being treated by the stop smoking laser, this little tidbit of information might encourage you to try it anyway:
The average cost of Laser Treatment is $299-$349 (varies per State). BUT, a pack a day smoker spends approximately $1,500 annually, which is less than 1/3 of a person’s typical annual cigarette expenditure.

The only thing that is a sure-fire to stop smoking is WANTING to quit. It doesn't matter how many prescriptions of Nicorette gum you exhaust, or how many patches you wear. If you don't want to quit, no power on Earth will be strong enough to MAKE you quit. Not hot or cold lasers. Not reduced nicotine cigarettes, nothing.
Try what you want, but be sure you want to quit. Otherwise you are just making the tobacco companies and the "help-you-quit" scams richer.

Usually, you get what you pay for. But, in the case of quitting smoking, the reverse is true…. You just quit cold turkey. No muss, no fuss, no bucks. You just do it. If you have to pay someone or something else to do what you should do by and for yourself, what good are you?
