I smoked 27 years and it worked so well to make quitting as easy as it can be. It can be expensive if your ins doesn't pay for it, but less expensive than the cigarettes would have been. I am now on week 5 of not smoking.I was REALLY READY to quit so I think that helped. I used Niccobate lozenges, They are great once you get past the first few weeks of getting the hiccups.Give them a go.<ake sure you follow the instructions. There were no patches then. Once i decided to quite (that was the key factor) I set a date and vowed not to smoke again for the rest of my life after that date. The day before my "Quite" date I smoke all the cigs I had until midnight. The mental cravings went away a few months later.
