Got this letter:
“I have tried so many quit smoking aids in the past and have had such terrible luck. Smoking to me now tastes terrible and I have begun to hate it but I still get the craving to light up. I have Chantix and many other aids and I seem to have a bad reaction to them all. I have to do this without the aid of patches, pills, gum and I have even had hypnosis and that didn’t work as well. Any advice on what might help me. Please Help!!!!!!!!”
Well, it’s fairly common for many types of quit smoking products to have negative side-effects associated with them, especially Chantix, which seems to cause nightmares and panic attacs in sensitive people. If you’re really ready to quit, and smoking already tastes bad to you, toughing it out might just be your best option. Give cold turkey a chance! Suck on hard candy, drink lots of water and practice some deep breathing. In time, the cravings will subside.

Hi, please have a look at this website.
Allen Carr was an ex smoker with a 100 a day habit who quit for 30 years before sadly dying of lung cancer 3 years ago.
He has written several books and has set up clinics all over the world.
I am at the moment reading one of his books, and will be quitting very soon (as soon as I finish the book).
There are several clinics in the uk, this should help you find one close to you.
I have not had a look at the prices (I live in the middle east, and unforunately there are no clinincs here).
If this proves to be too expensive, please have a look on amazon.co.uk and buy the book, it could be the best few pounds you ever spend.

P.S. Most NHS clinics will suggest Nicotine replacement therapy or different forms of the 'willpower' method, these do not work! Please look at this site, and read the book.

Listen, the only way your going to quit is to want to quit. Will power and determination. I would try using the patches again because they have helped me to quit smoking. This is the key to help you reach the the goal. Instead of putting the patches on durring the day, place the patches on before bedtime. The nicotine will be going into your bloodstream while you are sleeping therefore you will not have any cravings until you awake. I will then be somewhat easier for you to go on about your day. Yes, you will have cravings but you have to just chew gum. Second of all, you need to change your daily habits of doing thing because it triggers your brain to want a ciggarette. Trust me on this. After the 3rd day.the addiction will be better for you thus the artifitcial nicotine has reached into your system. You also need to finish all the steps 1, 2 , and 3. Good luck! If I can do it, you can. It has been 5 years for me and they say after 5 years, your lungs look like a babies. I feel so much better for stoping smoking and smell, tastes, even breathing is so much better.

you might have tried hell other ways but stil you are not successful…try quiting cig through smoking electronic cig…buy them here
