But personally, I think getting pregnant is probably the very best way you can quit smoking. Moms have a huge maternal instinct, and never, ever want to hurt their child. Smoking, not only prenatally, but after birth too, has been proven time and time again to injure children. I think, if you want to take care of your baby, you'll do anything...even quit smoking. The only thing that worked for me was just taking it one day at a time, staying too busy, or in places I couldn't smoke, and flossing my teeth a lot!!! I quit, no if's and's or butt's about it. It was way easier then I expected. I would suggest just quitting, this is the best and the safest. If its for your baby its worth it. (I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks on thanksgiving) I felt like it was something I did, but I knew I did my best, and I quit.
