You need will power to stop smoking. You will get nicotine withdrawal symptoms and you may miss the habit of putting a cigarette to your mouth but with determination to be healthy and to help those around you to be healthy I am sure you can do it insha’Allah [God willing]. You may benefit from taking a herb such as Passiflora incarnata or Avena sativa. Either of these may actually help with nicotine withdrawal. Chewing gum may help also.
